Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CF) – *New Grads Welcome*
Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in children's lives? We’re seeking a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our team in a school-based setting. If you're eager to grow in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience working with children, preferably in schools
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students and develop individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy services focusing on speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations & modifications
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Provide consultation and resources for parents and caregivers
