Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Position in Pulaski, VA
Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming school district in Pulaski, VA. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with students, helping them improve their communication and language skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of evaluations, progress, and interventions.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Virginia SLP license.
- CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
