Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time positions in St. Paul, MN. This opportunity allows you to collaborate with experienced professionals in providing vital speech and language services to students, ensuring their academic and personal success.
Responsibilities:
- Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in therapy sessions.
- Implement therapy plans for students with speech and language challenges.
- Conduct individual and group therapy under supervision.
- Track and document student progress effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to enhance student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid Minnesota SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one.
- School-based experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
