Job Description: Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Richmond, VA for the 2024/2025 school year. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a licensed SLP to support students' speech and language needs.

Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Current Virginia state SLPA license or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
State-Specific Requirements:
- Compliance with Virginia Department of Education requirements
- Background check and fingerprint clearance as per state regulations
