A school district near Lemon Hill, CA, is looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support students in their speech and language development! This role involves working closely with students to deliver targeted therapy services as directed by a licensed SLP, helping each child thrive in communication and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language support to students under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
- Implement therapy activities and strategies designed to meet students’ individualized goals.
- Document and track student progress, communicating updates to the supervising SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer insight into each student’s progress as needed.

Qualifications:
