Position: Full-Time
Position Overview: As an SLPA, you will play a crucial role in assisting licensed speech-language pathologists in delivering quality therapy services to clients of all ages. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs in implementing treatment plans and therapy activities.
- Conduct practice sessions to reinforce therapy goals.
- Prepare materials and documentation for therapy sessions.
- Monitor client progress and report findings to supervising SLPs.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
- Collaborate with families and team members to support client goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- Valid SLPA certification or eligibility for certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for helping others and improving communication skills.
