NEW - SLPA (Speech Language Pathologist Assistants) Needed in Texas
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a school district in Jersey Village, TX. This full-time, onsite position provides an excellent opportunity to support students in achieving their communication goals within a collaborative educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Track and document progress during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support student development.
- Prepare therapy materials and activities as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Adhere to district policies and Texas state guidelines for SLPA practice.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid SLPA license in Texas.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
