Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Skokie, Illinois
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Skokie, Illinois area. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients in the local community.
Job Details:
- On site required
- Full time preferred
- Caseload will be disclosed on interview
- ASAP- December
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Illinois licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Experience with AAC devices
- Knowledgeable regarding IEPs
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other PTs, SLPAs, and OT professionals
- Monitor and report patient progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
