Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Foster City, California area. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and provide support to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California state license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred
- Previous experience in school setting preferred
- IEP experience preferred
- Experience with AAC devices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to individuals with communication and swallowing disorders, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure coordinated care and holistic treatment approaches.
