Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility.
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred.
- Strong knowledge of speech, language development, and disorders.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply (supervision available).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with special needs (e.g., Autism, ADHD, language delays).
- Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and strategies.
- Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ communication needs.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal-setting, and track student progress.
- Stay updated with evidence-based practices and participate in professional development.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50-$60 hourly, dependent on experience level

- Mentorship and supervision for Clinical Fellows.
