Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) CF or Supervisor
Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a motivated Clinical Fellow (CF) or an experienced SLP Supervisor to join our team in St. Charles, IL. This role offers a chance to work in a supportive school-based setting, providing speech and language services to students while fostering professional growth for new graduates under supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- For Supervisors: Mentor and guide Clinical Fellows through their CFY year, ensuring professional development and compliance with ASHA standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- ASHA CCCs preferred for supervisory role.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for working with children in an educational setting.
