Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while providing essential speech and language services to students in Colorado Springs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique goals.
- Provide direct therapy services through virtual platforms, ensuring an engaging and effective experience for students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development and success.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to discussions on student progress and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Colorado.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in using teletherapy tools and technology.
