Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential therapy services to clients across various settings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality speech and language therapy through virtual sessions, making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals of all ages. You will collaborate with a network of professionals and utilize cutting-edge telehealth technology to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while ensuring you are supported in your professional growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations remotely, utilizing user-friendly telehealth technology.
- Craft personalized therapy programs tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
- Monitor and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans to ensure the best outcomes.
- Engage and educate clients and their families, creating a supportive and encouraging environment for therapy.
- Uphold ethical and regulatory standards while providing exceptional care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure and ASHA certification.
- Experience working in school settings is required, with a solid understanding of educational policies and practices.
- Previous experience with virtual therapy is preferred, along with comfort in using telehealth platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
