Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to students of varying ages and abilities using teletherapy platforms.
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders through virtual screenings and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to each student’s progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy techniques as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including keeping up-to-date records and documentation.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active SLP license in the state(s) you will be serving.
