Job Description:
VocoVision is looking for experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to join our remote team, providing speech and language services to students in New Mexico. This position offers the flexibility of working from home with full-time hours, under a 1099 contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy to K-12 students (ages may vary).
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Implement therapy plans and track student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant team discussions.
- Stay current with advancements and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- New Mexico State Teaching License (if required for your area).
- At least 2 years of experience in a school-based setting.
- Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup.
