**Job Overview**:
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide virtual speech therapy services to students. As a leader in teletherapy, VocoVision allows professionals to connect with students from the comfort of their home, offering a flexible and fulfilling way to make a difference in the lives of children across the country. This fully remote position enables you to work with students in K-12 settings who need assistance in developing and improving their communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Provide therapy and interventions in a virtual setting using teletherapy tools provided by VocoVision.
- Monitor and document student progress through regular updates and reports.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
- Maintain compliance with school, district, state, and federal regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active SLP license in the state where services are provided and where the clinician resides.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SLP (previous teletherapy experience is a plus).
- Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new virtual platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including those with special needs.
**Technical Requirements**:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Up-to-date computer with video conferencing capabilities.
- Ability to work in a quiet, private environment for virtual sessions.
