An esteemed school district near Chesterfield, SC, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) (CCC/CF) to join their supportive team. This role involves providing engaging and effective speech and language therapy to students, helping them overcome communication challenges and thrive academically. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop therapy plans for students with communication needs (SLP).
- Provide direct speech and language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP (SLPA).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom.
- Document progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and participate in IEP meetings to provide insights.
- Create materials and activities that engage and motivate students toward their communication goals.

Qualifications:
- For SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a valid South Carolina SLP license (CCC preferred, CF accepted)
- For SLPA: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and a South Carolina SLPA license
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success
