Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

About Us:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Wyoming, DE. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills in a supportive educational environment.
Position Details:
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Grades: To Be Determined
- Caseload: To Be Determined
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students.
- Conduct assessments and complete evaluations to determine student needs.
- Develop and write Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Attend meetings with educators, parents, and other support staff.
- Collect and analyze progress monitoring data.
- Write detailed therapy notes documenting student progress and services provided.
Qualifications:
- Current Delaware Licensure/Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using data management systems, specifically Data Service Center and Power School IEP.
