**About the Role:**
Join our dynamic team in Kalamazoo as a full-time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2024-2025 school year! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact on students' lives by helping them overcome communication challenges.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Provide therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.
- Monitor and document student progress effectively.
**Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Michigan SLP license.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
