Job Details:
- Location: San Jose, CA
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: Full school year (with potential to extend)
- Caseload: K-12 students (caseload details discussed during interview)
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (school hours)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California State SLP License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team
