A school district near Greeneville, TN, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This opportunity is open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with mentorship and supervision provided for CFs. Full-time and part-time positions are available, allowing for flexibility while making a meaningful impact on students' speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to intervention planning.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Tennessee SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply—mentorship and supervision provided.
- ASHA CCCs preferred but not required for CFs.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus but not required.
