**Overview:**
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School SLPA to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will provide support to Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and assist K-12 students in achieving their communication goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Implement speech and language therapy plans as directed by SLPs.
- Assist with the assessment and evaluation of student progress.
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
**Qualifications:**
- SLPA license in California.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
