**Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at an elementary school in Salisbury, NC for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young students in their communication and language development, and possess the skills to create engaging, effective therapy plans.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide individual and group therapy to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and assess student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid North Carolina SLP license.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus.
