We provide individualized therapy services that promote student success and academic growth. Our school-based team is looking for a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join us.
Job Description:
As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide therapy services to K-12 students, assess their communication abilities, and develop personalized treatment plans. You will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessments and Planning: Evaluate students' speech and language needs and design personalized therapy plans.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to address articulation, language, and communication goals.
- Collaboration with Staff: Work with educators and parents to incorporate therapy strategies into the classroom and home environments.
- Documentation: Track progress and prepare reports for IEP meetings and student updates.
- Ongoing Learning: Keep up with industry trends and best practices in speech pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure in Washington
- ASHA CCC certification preferred
- Experience in school settings preferred
