Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students (elementary or middle school).
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ speech and language needs.
- Document student progress and provide reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid SLP license in Rhode Island.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferred.
Position Details:
Classroom: Elementary (maternity leave) or Middle School (FSY)
Hours per Week: Full-Time
Weekly Pay: Competitive and based on experience
Benefits: Comprehensive package including Dental, Medical, Vision, and 401K plan.
Contract Duration: Current school year with the option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
