Multiple Openings - Speech Pathologists (SLPs) and Assistants (SLPAs) Needed in Shelby County, TN
Soliant is actively seeking multiple dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs-CCC or CFY) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for full-time or part-time onsite school-based positions in Shelby County, TN. Join a collaborative team and help students reach their full communication potential!
Position Details:
- Full-time and part-time schedules available
- Serve students in K-12 school settings
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services and collaborate with educators and families
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements for SLPs:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Tennessee SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCC preferred (CFYs encouraged to apply!)
- Tennessee Department of Education certification required
- Previous school-based experience preferred
Requirements for SLPAs:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active Tennessee SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
