About Us: VocoVision is a motivated team providing ground breaking speech and language therapy services remotely to clients across Montana. We are seeking an experienced and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team!
Job Description: As a remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for elementary students with speech and language disorders via telehealth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Virtual Therapy Sessions: Conducting regular therapy sessions via video conferencing tools.
- Modifying Approaches for Remote Delivery: Using traditional therapy methods to suit virtual environments, ensuring exercises, feedback, and practice are effective through the screen.
- Monitoring Progress: Continuously tracking client progress against treatment goals and adjusting strategies or techniques as needed.
- Recording Session Notes: Documenting therapy sessions, progress reports, and client feedback.
- Maintaining Confidentiality: Making sure that all documentation complies with HIPAA or relevant privacy laws for telehealth.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- Required: Valid Montana state licensure.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP).
- Experience in teletherapy or remote positions required.
