Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist Remote Opportunity
VocoVision is currently looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist for a remote role in a school district within Minnesota. Teletherapy has become an integral part of school systems, providing flexibility for therapists and increased access for students in areas where on-site services are unavailable.

Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech impairments remotely.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify students needing special education services and develop diagnostic recommendations.
- Work with the Special Education Coordinator to develop IEP goals and treatment plans for each student.
- Serve as a resource for school staff on speech, language, and literacy development.
- Collect and analyze data for school improvement, student outcomes, and accountability.
- Assist teachers and families in adapting instruction to enhance student engagement.
Skills:
- Experience in remote therapy is encouraged but not required. (Clinical support and training provided.)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using software for documentation and report generation.
- Ability to troubleshoot common software and hardware issues related to speech therapy tools.
- Commitment to supporting diverse students, including at-risk children, gifted students, and those with disabilities.
- Strong decision-making, communication, organizational, and management skills.
- Attention to detail and accountability in documenting important medical information.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a school setting.
- Experience in articulation, receptive, and expressive speech therapy is a plus.
- Tele-therapy experience is an added benefit.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
License:
- Active Minnesota SLP license required.
- Must hold an active license in both the state of residence and the state of the school district.

- Zoom interface for sessions.
- Scheduling tools.
- Continuing education tools.
- Assessment and therapy tools (including interactive games, assignments, and digital speech therapy tools).
- No student data stored on our platform.
