Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Catasauqua, PA
Hours: Full-Time, 35 hours/week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Caseload: 50 students
Pay Range: $40 - $55 per hour
Start Date: ASAP (Maternity Leave Coverage for the 2024-2025 School Year)
Job Description: Soliant is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team for the current school year in Catasauqua, PA! If you’re passionate about empowering young learners to reach their fullest communication potential, we’d love to have you on board. This full-time position offers a manageable caseload and the opportunity to work within a supportive school environment with a committed team of educators and professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 50 students.
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ communication goals.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification (preferred).
- Experience in a school setting is a plus, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply!
