Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist - Remote Teletherapy for 2025 School Year

VocoVision is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a teletherapy position in a Massachusetts school district for the 2025 school year. This remote position allows you to support students in need of speech and language services from the comfort of your own home, offering a more flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy, including assessments and diagnoses.
- Work closely with school teams to identify students who need speech therapy services.
- Develop and monitor IEP goals and therapy plans in collaboration with school staff.
- Offer guidance to teachers and families on effective strategies for improving speech and language development.
- Adjust therapy approaches based on student progress and feedback.
Skills:
- Teletherapy experience is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in speech therapy software and documentation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a remote environment.
- Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a school-based setting preferred.
- Familiarity with treating articulation, language disorders, and fluency issues is beneficial.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
License:
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license required.
- Candidates must be licensed in both their state of residence and the state of the school district.
