Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a remote 1099 contract role. In this position, you will provide speech therapy services to children or adults via a secure online platform, making a meaningful difference in clients' lives from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver remote speech therapy services to K-12 students or adults, based on assignment
- Perform thorough assessments and develop customized therapy plans
- Apply evidence-based approaches to enhance communication skills
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other team members to monitor progress and ensure effective therapy
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with state and federal regulations
- Provide professional, high-quality care in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts and a Massachusetts teaching certificate
- Experience in clinical or educational settings with children or adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms or open to receiving training
- Reliable internet connection for effective remote sessions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation and progress tracking
