Position Overview:
We are looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join us in a remote 1099 contract role. As part of this position, you will deliver speech therapy services to children or adults through a secure online platform, making a meaningful impact on clients' lives from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote speech therapy services to K-12 students or adults, depending on the assignment
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy plans
- Use evidence-based strategies to improve communication skills
- Work closely with parents, teachers, and other team members to track progress and ensure effective therapy
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Uphold professionalism and deliver high-quality care in all interactions
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license and Massachusetts teaching certificate
- Experience working in clinical or educational settings with children or adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms or willing to receive training
- Reliable internet connection for conducting remote sessions
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and progress reports
