Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship

Pay: Depending on licensure and experience ($50-60 hourly)

Overview:
We are excited to offer a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Fellow (CF) position in Vista, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate to gain hands-on experience and mentorship while working in a school-based setting. You will be supported as you complete your clinical fellowship hours while helping students improve their communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Conduct speech assessments and assist in developing and implementing IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy sessions to students with speech and language disorders.
- Monitor progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy plans.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Eligibility for CA SLP Clinical Fellow status.
- Passion for working with children and a desire to grow professionally.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
