Pay: Starting at $45/hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role involves providing on-site speech and language support to students, helping them achieve their communication and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
- Provide education and resources to staff and families as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
