Language and Social Development Therapist (School-Based SLP) – Garden City, MI
Position Overview: Blazer Jobs seeks a skilled Language and Social Development Therapist (SLP) to join our team in Garden City, MI. In this role, you’ll impact students' communication and social development skills through targeted therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations to assess language and social communication challenges.
- Develop intervention strategies to improve language and social skills.
- Coordinate with teachers and families to integrate support plans.
- Regularly assess and report student progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications for Michigan:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Michigan SLP license or endorsement.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with children or in educational settings.
