We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for the 2024-2025 school year at a vibrant school near Lake Tapps, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment, assisting students in need of speech-language therapy across a variety of educational settings.
Position Overview:
- Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
- Location: Lake Tapps, WA
- Caseload: K-12 students
- Start Date: ASAP through May 2025
- Onsite Role - No travel required
- Caseload Details: Students with Autism, Multiple Disabilities (including medically fragile), and Adult Living Skills (Intellectual Disabilities and Autism)
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences or related field
- WA Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License/Certification
- Current CDE (Continuing Education) Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students in a school or related setting
- Preferred:
- Bilingual skills (English-Spanish) a plus
- Experience working with students with Autism, multiple disabilities, and/or medically fragile children
Job Details: - Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
