Caseload: 15–20 students, primarily working with 3- and 4-year-olds.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide services to young children. The therapist will work with a caseload of 15–20 students and focus primarily on preschool-aged children (3-4 years old). This position is virtual, allowing flexibility while ensuring high-quality care and support for the students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee assessments and evaluations for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to children aged 3-4.
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings.
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals involved in the child’s education and therapy.
Requirements:
- Active Kansas (KS) SLP License.
- Experience working with young children, particularly in a school or early intervention setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide therapy through a virtual platform.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
