Kansas City Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

ProCare Therapy is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing team in Grandview, MO! This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload, supporting students of varying needs in elementary and some high school settings.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students (elementary and some high school)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive learning environment for students
- Track progress and report data
- (For CFYs) Receive mentorship and support from experienced SLPs on-site
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Valid Missouri SLP License (or eligibility for licensure for CFYs)
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with a pediatric population (preferred)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Positive and energetic attitude
