Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering therapy services to students with speech and language needs.
- Implement therapy plans, provide direct treatment, and document student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' communication goals.
- Help prepare therapy materials and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Follow individual education plans (IEPs) to support students’ unique needs.
Requirements:
- Active MO SLPA license
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their communication goals
