Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Winter Garden, FL - Elementary School
Immediate Start | Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Providing direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Florida state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Previous experience working in a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals and staff members.
