Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Minooka, IL area. We are seeking dedicated professionals passionate about supporting students’ communication needs and enhancing their academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Provide therapy in individual and group settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Illinois state SLP license and/or certification (CCC-SLP preferred).
- Prior experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a positive impact on students’ development.
