Pay Rate: $40 - $55/hour

Position Highlights:
- Full-Time Role – 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Who We’re Looking For:
- Licensed SLP in Ohio
- Preferred Experience – 1+ years of school-based SLP experience is a plus, but we are open to new graduates with a strong desire to work in a school setting!
- Commitment to Excellence – Dedicated to supporting students in achieving their communication goals
- Team Player – Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to ensure students receive the best support possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and Assess – Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and Implement Therapy Plans – Create personalized treatment plans that align with students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with Teachers and Families – Work alongside educators and family members to support student success
- Monitor Progress – Regularly track and document student progress to adapt therapy plans as needed
