Job Summary:
Sunbelt Staffing is on the lookout for a passionate School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team near Worcester. In this position, you'll assess and provide therapy for students facing speech and language challenges in a supportive educational atmosphere.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer direct therapy services and monitor student development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement effective strategies
- Keep thorough documentation and comply with state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Massachusetts licensure and ASHA certification
- School-based experience is preferred
