Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate K-12 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Riverside, CA. If you are a licensed SLP passionate about supporting students in a school setting and making a positive impact on their academic success, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments for students in K-12 settings.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to monitor and evaluate student progress.
- Deliver therapy services to students to improve their speech, language, and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
- Provide training and support to staff on speech and language development and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with children in a school setting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
