Contract Speech Language Pathologist
ProCare Therapy is working with a school district located in Westland, MI that is looking to hire an SLP for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year with the opportunity to renew for the following school year.
The selected candidate will be hired on as a full time contracted employee through ProCare Therapy. A full school year contract will be awarded for you to complete. Schedule:
- Full time: 32 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
- Hours: 8:00 - 3:30
- K-12th grade positions available
- 35-50 students on caseload
- Caseload, position and school site will be assigned based on experience, preference and availability
- IEP's, assessments, report writing, and evaluations, etc.
Requirements:
- ASHA CCC's
- SLP license in Michigan
- Master's in Speech or Communication Disorders
- Previous schools experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Interview Process:
- 10 –15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
- Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
