K-12 SLP Position (Virtual)
As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you have the expertise to transform students’ communication skills and open doors to new opportunities. We’re seeking a motivated virtual SLP to join our school-based teletherapy program, providing impactful speech and language services to students in a fully remote setting. In this role, you’ll address challenges such as articulation, language development, and fluency, empowering students to communicate confidently and achieve academic success. Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible
- Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA-CCC required
- Current WA SLP license/Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($48/hr+ depending on experience)
