Soliant is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Scotts Mills, Oregon. This is a full-time, school-based position for the upcoming school year, serving students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Position Overview:
- Location: Scotts Mills, Oregon
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Start Date: ASAP
- Caseload: K-12 (students with a variety of speech and language needs)
- Position Length: Full school year with possibility of extension
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students based on their individual needs
- Conduct assessments to determine eligibility for services
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans)
- Collaborate with school staff, including teachers, counselors, and parents, to ensure student success
- Track progress and modify therapy plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and other school-based events
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Oregon state licensure (or ability to obtain)
- ASHA certification (preferred)
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
