We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team near St. Joseph, MN. This is an exciting opportunity to help students develop essential communication skills that will enhance their academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide ongoing documentation.
- Provide therapy services to Pre-K to 12th grade students.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minnesota state SLP license (or eligibility).
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
- Experience in school-based settings is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy to meet diverse student needs.
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress tracking.
