In this position, you will engage with a diverse range of students, helping them overcome communication obstacles and reach their maximum potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop personalized IEPs based on individual student needs.
- Deliver direct therapy, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to effectively address students’ communication challenges.
- Conduct screenings, keep accurate records, and participate in team discussions for effective planning.
- Advocate for the communication needs of students, stay informed about current research, and engage in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Vermont Teaching Certification required
- Active Vermont SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
