Partner with educators, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Job Duties:
- Identify and evaluate disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and apply customized IEPs for each student.
- Deliver therapy services, track student outcomes, and adapt treatment plans to suit individual progress.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to ensure communication needs are supported.
- Conduct screenings, keep thorough records, and engage in team meetings for effective planning.
- Advocate for students, offer staff training, and stay engaged in continuous professional learning.
Requirements/Benefits:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Arkansas Teaching Certification required
- Arkansas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
